  • What devices do your products support?
    Currently, we only provide cases for Apple products.   • How do I know which size to order?
    It is very simple! The bottom of your MacBook has the model number. The model number starts with “A” followed by 4 numerical digits such as “A1370” Don’t feel like removing your cover to view? No Problem! Simply click on the Apple icon on the left hand corner of your info bar ‘About this Mac’  A pop up window will appear with details about your MacBook and model number. If you still have trouble selecting the correct case, email us at hello@caseverseofficial.com We will be happy to assist you.
  • Will the color fade or transfer?
    All our cases are made from a high-quality vegan material where the color has been infused into the material making it impossible for the color to fade or transfer.
  • What is Vegan Leather?
    It is “Cruelty-Free & 100% vegan.” Cases are make with A grade PU material made to represents the look and feel of genuine leather.
  • How do I care for my Cases?
    It is simple! Wipe with a damp cloth or a baby wipe. We don’t recommend using any chemicals on our products.
  • How will your product protect our MacBook?
    Our MacBook covers come with a top and bottom hard shell that are easy to snap on and off your device and will protect your laptop.
  • How long does shipping take?
    All orders are shipped within 2 working days and 3-4 working days during sales or when we receive high volume orders. UAE Shipping: Delivery in 1-3 working days Saudi Shipping: Delivery in 5-8 working days
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we are working on shipping worldwide. If you are overseas and interested in our products, please send us an email hello@caseverseofficial.com We might be able to help!
  • Do you provide returns and refunds?
    Since we are a budding company, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product has arrived damaged, please send us an email at hello@caseverseofficial.com and we will sort this out for you at the earliest.
  • Why am I not able to apply the coupon code?
    Discount codes should be applied at the time of checkout. Only one code can be used per purchase, unless mentioned otherwise. Coupon codes are only applicable to current purchases and cannot be applied to previous orders. If you are still facing issues, please write to us at hello@caseverseofficial.com
